It is ideal for families and for all those who wish to visit the Salento, the area is well served by commercial activities, all within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacco, fish. The village centre is only 600 metres away. The beautiful beach of Casalabate is only 900 metres away.
The house consists of an entrance hall, dining room with sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, hallway, 1 bathroom and finally a beautiful garden with covered veranda where you can organize lunches and dinners in complete privacy and relaxation. For these occasions there is the possibility to use the barbecue always available to guests. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Complete the structure: free WIFI, TV, air conditioning, garden furniture, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, washing machine, outdoor sink, hairdryer, fan and fireplace.
Linen, if required, is included in the cost.
